Bungalow Crew LLC is a referral and matching service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed contractors. Bungalow Crew LLC does not perform home repair, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or other construction services. We are not a general contractor, home repair contractor, or licensed trade contractor.

Independent Contractors

Contractors in the Bungalow Crew network operate their own independent businesses. They carry their own licensing and insurance, set their own prices, sign their own contracts directly with homeowners, and are solely responsible for the services they provide. Bungalow Crew LLC is not a party to any contract between a homeowner and a network contractor.

Homeowner Responsibilities

We recommend homeowners independently verify any contractor's license, insurance, and references before work begins. You can verify Chicago business licenses at chicago.gov/bacp and state trade licenses at idfpr.illinois.gov. Homeowners are responsible for reviewing and signing their own contracts with the matched contractor and for all payments made to the contractor.

Limitation of Liability

Bungalow Crew LLC's role is limited to matching homeowners with network contractors. We are not liable for the quality, timeliness, safety, or outcome of work performed by network contractors. Any disputes regarding the work performed are between the homeowner and the contractor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bungalow Crew LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding work performed by network contractors.
