Bungalow Crew was started by a small group of tradespeople who all owned (or renovated) Chicago bungalows of their own. We kept getting asked the same question by neighbors: "Do you know a handyman who actually shows up?" Eventually we decided to be that handyman.
We focus on the kinds of repairs and small projects that most contractors won't take and most one-person handymen aren't equipped for: drywall and plaster patches, TV mounting, door and window adjustments, interior painting, and furniture assembly. When a job needs a licensed electrician or plumber, we bring in someone from our vetted sub network — same insurance, same standards, no chasing down a stranger off the internet.
