We do not collect payment card numbers through the contact form. If payment is later required for a service, it is processed by a PCI-compliant third-party processor (e.g., Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

  • Share your request with a matched, vetted contractor in our network so they can contact you directly.
  • Send an email confirmation / autoreply after you submit the form.
  • Communicate with you about scheduling, updates, and follow-ups.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your Lead Data only with:

  • Contractors in our network — the specific subcontractor assigned to your job receives your name, phone, email, address, and service details so they can complete the work.
  • Service providers — cloud hosting (database), email delivery, and CRM tools that process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal / regulatory bodies — if required by law, court order, or governmental request.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How Long We Store Your Data

We retain Lead Data for as long as it is needed to fulfill your service request and for a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-ups, warranty questions, or disputes. As a general guideline:

  • Active leads — kept until the service request is completed or canceled.
  • Completed / archived leads — retained for up to 3 years for business records and Illinois statute-of-limitations compliance, then deleted unless a longer hold is legally required.
  • You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), row-level database access controls, and role-based authentication for admin access. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

7. Your Rights — Access, Correction & Deletion
